1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be unused

• Returned in original packaging

• All tags, accessories, and inserts must be included

• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Items returned without meeting these conditions may not be approved.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please use the prepaid return label included in the package to return the item to us.

Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong mower model, or personal preference, you are responsible for arranging the return label and covering all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We value our customers. Mowex does NOT charge any restocking fee.

Step 2 — Receive Instructions

Our support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Step 3 — Ship the Item

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You will be notified of approval status.
